***As of September 1, 2024, a deposit of $100 is due with the submission of all plaque applications. The deposit will go toward the total cost of the plaque, which is due upon application approval. If your application is approved and you decide not to purchase the plaque, the deposit is non-refundable. If your application is denied for any reason, the deposit may be refunded.
